Welcome to AYESNE (“Website”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our website (ayesne.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Our Business Model & Print-on-Demand (POD) Disclosure

AYESNE is a design-forward wellness boutique. Every product offered on this Website (including apparel, mugs, totes, and posters) features original artwork designed by us.

We do not carry physical inventory, nor do we operate physical printing facilities. We partner with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment facilitators in India (our primary partner being Qikink). When you place an order on our Website, the order is automatically sent to our fulfillment partner, who custom-prints your selected design onto a raw blank item and ships it directly to your address.

By purchasing from AYESNE, you acknowledge and agree that your products are individually manufactured to order after your purchase is confirmed.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, printing limitations, or pricing errors.
  • Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Gateways: All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay or PhonePe). We do not store or have access to your raw credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials.

3. Shipping, Processing, and Delivery

Because our items are printed custom on-demand, shipping consists of two separate phases: Processing Time and Transit Time.

  • Processing/Printing Time: It typically takes 2 to 4 business days to print, inspect, and package your custom order at our fulfillment facility before dispatch.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination across India, typically taking 3 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: We offer Free Shipping on orders totaling ₹1,499 or more. Orders under this amount will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
  • Delays: While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, AYESNE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier partners, weather events, or custom printing queues during high-volume periods.

4. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Because your items are custom-printed specifically for you, our cancellation and return policies are strictly governed by our on-demand manufacturing process:

A. Cancellations

  • You can request an order cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@ayesne.com.
  • Once your design has been sent to our partner’s printing queue (usually after 2 hours), the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as printing resources have already been consumed.

B. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • We take immense pride in quality control. If your product arrives physically damaged, has a misprinted graphic, or is the wrong size/item compared to what you ordered, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.
  • To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must email support@ayesne.com within 5 days of delivery with:
    1. Your order number.
    2. High-quality photos showing the print error, damage, or wrong item tag.
    3. A photo of the shipping label on the package.

C. Change of Mind and Sizing Exchanges

  • Since we do not stock pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to “change of mind” or user sizing mistakes.
  • Please refer carefully to the size charts provided on every product page before placing your order to ensure an accurate fit.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this Website—including but not limited to digital illustrations, graphic designs, logos, mantras, slogans, text, icons, and product mockup images—is the exclusive intellectual property of AYESNE and its creator.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, resell, or exploit any of our artwork or designs for commercial purposes without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use of our designs constitutes intellectual property theft and will be subject to legal action.

6. Accuracy of Product Depictions

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our designs, t-shirt fabrics, posters, and ceramic mugs as accurately as possible. However, please note:

  • Screen displays vary; we cannot guarantee that your monitor or phone screen’s color depiction will perfectly match the physical fabric or printed ink.
  • Because cotton melanges, clay mugs, and matte poster papers absorb ink differently, minor variations in print vibrancy and placement are normal features of custom printing and are not considered manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AYESNE, its owner, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, shipping delays, or website downtime. Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the total purchase price of the specific item ordered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operating state (Haryana, India).
